We do not take online payment yet. API keys are issued by email, and no payment is collected through this site.
When payment opens
The refund terms will be shown on the page where you pay, before you pay, and will apply to that payment. Until then there is nothing to refund through this site.
Billing mistakes
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, write to the contact address with your key's last four characters and the date, and we will check it.
