ThriceGate
Terms of service
ThriceGate is operated by YK TECH INC for international customers, and invoiced in mainland China by 上海影力科弘文化传媒有限公司. Updated 2026-10-08.
Access
API keys are issued on request and are for your own use. Keep your key secret; you are responsible for calls made with it. We may suspend a key that is misused.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, to attack or overload it, or to send content you have no right to send. The prompt guard is a screening aid, not a guarantee: a result of allowed does not mean the text is safe or lawful.
Billing
Prices on the pricing page are in US dollars and include tax and invoicing, with no add-on fees. Terms of payment are agreed when a key is issued. Calls that fail with a judge error on the guard are not billed.
Service and changes
Models, prices, and these terms may change; changes to models and prices are recorded in the changelog. The service is provided as is, with no uptime commitment unless we agree one with you in writing.
